Plus, I'll make sure all hours are invoiced, and I'll handle your bookkeeping and your day-to-day financial operations so you can spend your time on your team, projects and clients.

Basically I'm your finance department on a freelance basis, making sure you only pay for hours worked and nothing else!

I'm sort of a hybrid between a business controller, an operations manager and the one that structures your projects and finances so you don't have to!

How it works

You give me info on leads and projects and send/upload your receipts - I get access to your systems and e-conomic/bank etc., and I'll do my thing. We'll have one or two monthly meetings and I'll be available on Slack/email/phone for you in between.

The result is an overall financial overview on your business and your projects.

All hours are invoiced, all payments are made, you know your forecast of finances and ressources for the next foreseeable future, the bookkeeping is handled, your accountant and I are in sync, and you can focus on your core business!

I work on a freelance basis, either on a fixed-fee-per-month-deal or an hourly rate. It all of course depends on size and needs. We'll talk about the details over coffee! And by the way, if you just want to hire me for bookkeeping, that's fine too. Doesn't have to be the whole package.
